Case No. 160 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the police have already completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet in the court of jurisdictional Magistrate.
