JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2022 is pending before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Gaya (Respondent No. 4). The representation has been made since a Committee constituted to inquire into some works executed under MGNREGA, has recommended institution of FIR against the persons involved in execution of works under Gram Panchayat Kahuda while discharging certain MGNREGA schemes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being Accountant, the petitioner had no role whatsoever to play in the

In view of limited grievance, being consideration of the petitioner's representation, the writ application need not be kept pending. The petitioner is permitted to pursue his representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner (Respondent No. 4).

Writ application is disposed of. It is expected that the representation shall be considered by reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.
