Let in the cause title of the order dated 10.07.2017 passed by this Court, whereby the petitioner, abovenamed, was directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six week from the date of the aforesaid order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.318 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15278 of 2017 (4) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Sri Premanand Ram" in place of "Sri Parmanand Ram" and in the third line of the third paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 10.07.2017 passed by this Court, "Rudra Nath" be read as "Rudra Nand".

The order dated 10.07.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
