2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 262 of 2024.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 18-year-old daughter of the informant while she had gone for withdrawal of money from a Bank.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant himself has disclosed the age of the victim as 18 years. The victim in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC did not support the prosecution case. She stated

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohania (Kaimur) in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 262 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
