The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 143, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case due to land dispute. No fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that no injury has been found in the alleged incident.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34768 of 2017 (3) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
