Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance that her training session was wrongly recorded in the merit list prepared under the aegis of Supreme Court, this Court would find that the petitioner will have the remedy only before the Director, Primary Education, who may look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order keeping in view the observations

Patna High Court CWJC No.18912 of 2013 (6) dt.04-11-2015 which have already been made by this Court in its judgment dated 15.01.2014 passed in C.W.J.C No. 17899 of 2012 (Kanti Kumari vs the State of Bihar and Ors), it, however, goes without saying that the steps taken by the respondents in terms of the Judgment of Kanti Kumari, shall not be varied/changed on account of any relief given to the petitioner and the 2413 posts shall be filled up in the manner indicated in the case of Kanti Kumari(supra). With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
