The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 307, 384, 427, 379, 354A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is a case of assaulting due to which informant, namely, Deepan Yadav sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that three lacerated wounds sustained by the informant and CT X-ray is not done and the injury no.3 is simple in nature. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56977 of 2021(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 injuries as alleged in separate incident. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 (G.R. No.3456 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
