2 The prayer is for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for quashing of the order dated 20.02.2016 passed in Khanpur PS Case No 27 of 2015 giving rise to GR No 598 of 2015 by learned ACJM 3 District - Samastipur whereby the cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code following to FIR of the case.

In the consequence, further prayer is made to drop the proceeding of the case concerned."
