The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would itself appear from the F.I.R. that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that the case has been compromise between the parties and in this regard, compromise petition has been filed before the Court below (Annexture-2).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33466 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
