Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12358 of 2021, by which the petitioners were granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44273 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 24.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12358 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 2,000/- each by the petitioners to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 2,000/- each by the petitioners to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
