Patna High Court MJC No.1064 of 2015 (9) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Lalit Kishore, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Housing Board.

It appears from Annexure A to the show cause that the Pricing Committee has already taken a decision and forwarded the matter to the authorities of the Housing Board for further action. Thereafter, vide Annexure B to the supplementary show cause filed by the Housing Board, the Executive Engineer has undertaken an exercise and rates are being calculated and forwarded for registration of the plots, which are to be allotted/registered with the petitioners.

In view of such circumstances and there being positive efforts by the Housing Board, no case for contempt is made out any further.

The contempt application thus stands consigned with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy, if at all so advised.
