In the present writ application, a very short relief has been sought by the petitioner for supply of documents and it has been submitted that he has made a prayer for supply of the same which was directed by the Head of the Department to the Block Development Officer to supply those documents demanded by the petitioner but, even then, the documents have not been supplied. In that view of the matter, let the Block Development Officer should examine the relevancy of the documents and the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8753 of 2016 dt.22-11-2018 2/2 relevant documents must be supplied by him to the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
