The Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3229(C) of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/316/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Since arrest of this petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.3229(C) of 2016 has already been stayed on 17.07.2017 in Cr.W.J.C. No.930 of 2017, hence, this anticipatory bail application is premature at this stage. The petitioner is at
