2. The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, and 351(2) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that on account of long-standing dispute petitioner no. 1, namely Aayush Kumar, allegedly assaulted Rohit Kumar on the head with an iron rod, and also hit the informant, Sonu Thakur. Coaccused Robin Kumar allegedly assaulted with the butt of a pistol, while petitioner no. 2, namely Prince Kumar, is alleged to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are young boys with clean antecedents who have been falsely implicated due to a longstanding land dispute. It is further submitted that the injuries sustained by Rohit Kumar and Sonu Thakur are simple in nature.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts, since petitioner no. 1 is a young boy and the allegations against him resulted only in simple injuries, this Court is inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Let petitioner no. 1 (Aayush Kumar), in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Begusarai.

7. So far as petitioner no. 2 (Prince Kumar) is concerned, considering the specific allegation of assaulting Mohan Thakur on the head with an iron rod, which has been opined as grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no. 2 stands rejected.
