The petitioner seeks bail in Singhiya P.S. Case No. 81 of 2012 registered under section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Ramsewak Yadav named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they kidnapped his minor daughter Archana Kumar @ Sonu Kumari. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is a major girl. She disclosed her age in between 25-26 years. She solemnized marriage with Ram Udesh Yadav. Petitioner is the husband of Sulina Devi who is alleged to have gone with the victim. The victim has disclosed in her statement that she solemnized marriage with Ram Udesh Yadav and she

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41995 of 2014 (3) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 wanted to live with him.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner and other accused Sulina Devi and Khattan Yadav have already been enlarged on bail, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Rosera in Singhia P.S. Case No. 81 of 2012.
