2. From perusal of the application, the Court finds that the petitioners are Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. and Managing Director and its C.E.O. However, from perusal of the Vakalatnama on record, it transpires that one Vikas Gupta has executed power and his designation is written as "MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. 307-308, Vasundhara Metro Mall, Raja Purpul, East Boring Canal Road, Patna-800001". In the main
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5233 of 2015(5) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 body of the Vakalatnama no name of the person through whom the application is being filed and his capacity or authorisation to file such power, either on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 or petitioner no. 2 has been detailed.
3. In such view of the matter, the Court finds that the present application is totally not maintainable.
4. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
5. Let the Stamp Reporting Section explain as to how such glaring defect in the application was not pointed as defect at the time of reporting. The Registrar General shall obtain explanation and take appropriate action. Registry shall communicate the order to the Registrar General forthwith for compliance.
