2. It appears that no one was present on behalf of petitioner on the previous date of proceeding i.e. on 07.11.2025 and 21.11.2025 which shows that petitioner has now no interest to pursue the matter. This matter is pending since 2018 which relates to the maintenance order in favour of O.P. No. 2

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
