JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 The petitioner was granted Public Distribution System license but for some reason or the other, without the knowledge of the petitioner, such license was cancelled.

The petitioner claims to have learnt about such cancellation only when the targeted population attached to the shop of the petitioner were attached with the shop of another licensee.

In the absence of any order of cancellation having been annexed with the writ petition, this Court finds it difficult to adjudicate the issue.
