Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "1. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of certiorari for quashing the provisional merit list regarding selection of PDS dealer against advertisement notice in Kenduar Panchayat, Block Fulidumar, Banka on 04.02.2019 & further pray for direction to the respondent no. 02 & 03 after correct merit list, the petitioner is entitled/selection for the post of PDS dealer, Kenduar Panchayat, BlockFulidumar, District- Banka & for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

Petitioner is aggrieved by his non-selection as a

Patna High Court CWJC No.2837 of 2021 dt.14-12-2021 2/2 P.D.S. Dealer. He claims to be more meritorious and has earned more points than the person, who has been appointed as P.D.S. dealer and against said selection, he has already represented the District Magistrate, Banka, who is the appellate authority. As such, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith all factual details before the District Magistrate, Banka, against his non-selection as a PDS dealer, as well as the person, who has been appointed as P.D.S. Dealer to be inferior to writ petitioner within four weeks and the Collector shall decide the representation of the petitioner within eight weeks thereafter. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
