This application has been filed for modification of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9472 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 4540 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 4540 of 2019, the applicants were directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Special (SC/ST) Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Araria SC/ST P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019 registered with Araria SC/ST Police Station pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Jude, SC/ST, Act, Araria, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, applicants could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. For the reasons stated in the said application, the period of surrender of applicants is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 4540 of 2019 is modified to the said extent. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (A. M. Badar, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
