Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 and the informant have performed marriage and they are residing as husband and wife in the same house and to that effect, a compromise petition has been filed on 16.06.2022 before the learned Court below. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

The contention of the petitioner is not disputed by the counsel for the informant.
