This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.12.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in Complaint Case No. 617 (c) of 2009.

The order dated 12.12.2013 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner has been challenged after the delay of about one and the half year i.e. on 18.05.2015.
