2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Trial No. 1887/2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 41/2022 registered under section 406, 420, 504 of Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay the amount of Rs. 7 Lakh to the informant in installments.

5. The petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail on depositing and Demand Draft of Rs. 2 lakh in the Court below.

6. Thereafter he will pay the balance amount i.e. Five Lakhs in three installments within three months. After the entire amount is deposited in the Trial Court the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.

7. The amount as and when deposited shall be released in favour of the complainant.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing interim bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1887/2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 41/2022.
