JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of specific averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit that the bills of the petitioner have been credited to the account of the petitioner on 10.7.2015, the relief claimed in the instant writ petition has become infructuous and in the circumstance, the writ petition does not survive any more. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
