Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
Petitioner's counsel submits that, by efflux of time and due to events subsequent to its filing, this writ petition has become infructuous as the relief, which was sought in the writ petition, has been granted to the petitioner by the authorities.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2651 of 2021(7) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 Learned State counsel has no objection.
Respondent No 8 has also appeared and submits that she is aggrieved by the relief, which has been granted to the petitioner during pendency of the instant writ petition. Said submission of Respondent No 8, needless to say, can be raised by her in appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. This writ petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous.
