The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chautarwa P.S. case No.31 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 1st A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran. The anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

It has been submitted that the work in question as on date has been completed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58278 of 2021(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit. I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
