2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 15.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 12009 of 1998.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2, in paragraph 5 whereof it has been stated that a sum of Rs. 1,55,458/- vide cheque no. A636088 dated 12.01.2018 has been made

Patna High Court MJC No.1376 of 2016 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 available to the State Bank of India, Dalsingsarai with a direction to credit Rs. 1,55,458/- in the account of the petitioner bearing no. 37331942111 with the State Bank of India. Thus, it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1376 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
