The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 03.12.2015 passed in Trial No. 3544 of 2014/5655 of 2015 passed by S.D.J.M. Sikrahana (now Dhaka) arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 125/12 under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act whereby discharge has been rejected under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. The matter accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
