JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 28.07.2022, passed in CWJC No.1230 of 2021, to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Nagendra Prasad Singh in place of Nandan Prasad Singh and the name of the village mentioned in paragraph no.1 of the said order dated 28.07.2022, be read as Dighra Rampur Sah, instead of Harpur Bakhari.
Having regard to the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that in the aforesaid order dated 28.07.2022, the name of the father of the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.1500 of 2022(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 be read as Nagendra Prasad Singh and in paragraph no.1 of the said order, the name of the village mentioned as Harpur Bakhari be read as Dighra Rampur Sah.
The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
