JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that on 24.04.2010, the confessional statement of Rajendra Singh was recorded and the said Rajendra Singh stated the name of the petitioner and except the confessional statement of the petitioner there appears to be nothing against him. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of ten cases but submissions on behalf of the petitioner is that he has already been granted privilege of bail in almost all the cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45126 of 2014 (4) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S.Case No.13 of 2009, subject to condition that he shall attend the court below on each and every date in person for the period of one year or till conclusion of his trial which ever is earlier and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.
