None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 17-06-2025 Upon repeated calls, no one appears either on behalf of the petitioner or on behalf of the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited.

2. Upon perusal of order No.3 dated 29.04.2025 it transpires that all admitted retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner in the light of the decision made in CWJC No.1646 of 2000. Subsequently, LPA No.1209 of 2003 was preferred and MJC application No.104 of 2011 was filed by the petitioner and the matter has already been settled in the year 2014. Thereafter, the petitioner has again filed this writ petition in the year 2016.

3. It was specifically directed on the said date that if no one appears on behalf of the petitioner on the said date, appropriate order shall be passed. It transpires to this Court that grievance of the petitioner has already been settled. As such, no one has come to pursue this case.

4. In this view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
