2. The present contempt petition has been filed for complaince of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20702 of 2019.

3. The writ Court on 16.10.2019 passed the following orders:

Patna High Court MJC No.308 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/3 " without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the claim of the petitioner in view of Annexure-11 and if it is found that the degree is recognized by NCTE, the respondents may take appropriate decision in the light of Annexure-11 or any other clarification which they have issued in connection with the degree of BTC from Sewa Bharti Adhayapan Mandir, Sewapuri, Varanasi. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of."

4. Today on call, learned counsel for the petitioners has provided order vide memo no. 76 dated 08.01.2024 passed by the District Education Officer, Vaishali by which the they have been directed to join on their original post.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the opposite party has passed the order, the payment part is missing.

6. This Court is satisfied that an order has been passed

Patna High Court MJC No.308 of 2021(3) dt.23-02-2024 3/3 in the matter. So far as the arrears/other grievances are concerned, they are well advised to agitate the same before the respondent and/or file an appropriate petition.
