The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named pursuant to order dated 18.07.2013 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P. (Civil) No. 26824 of 2012 named and styled as Yaswant Singh and others-Versus- The State of Bihar and others for the following reliefs: (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authority to select the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher among 2413 teachers for which
