The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have given a fasuli blow on the informant but the injury suffered by him is reported to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence also which has been lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the present informant. Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event

Case No. 181 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
