2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Thali P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have defalcated Government money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
