2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by learned District Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran vide order dated 17.09.2020 in A.B.P. No. 296 of 2020, arising out of Thakraha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53156 of 2023(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
