The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 365 of the I.P.C.

Sunita Devi alleged that his son Ravi Mishra along with other family members had gone to bring his wife, but Ravi Mishra was detained on one pretext or the other. Later on, the informant came to know that her son was kidnapped or killed by his in-laws. It is submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of Ravi Mishra. Except this, there is no evidence against the petitioner in the entire case diary. Ravi Mishra fled from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42259 of 2014 (4) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 custody of the police.

Considering the fact that only suspicion is raised against the petitioner, who happens to be the brother-in-law of Ravi Mishra, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Rahui(Bhagan Bigha)P.S. Case No. 5/2014.
