The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and trying to lit the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the informant and her husband and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.P.P for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
