The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that the final form has been submitted by the Police.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35750 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Barauni Railway Court, Begusarai in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
