=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It appears that all the admitted dues of the late husband of the petitioner have been paid except for Group Insurance payable by the B.R.A. Bihar University prior to 1992 when the service of the late husband of the petitioner was under the said University.
Patna High Court CWJC No.24673 of 2013 dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Learned senior counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University very fairly submits that in terms of what has been paid to similarly situated employees for the period for which they were in such employment, like Mr. Jai Shankar Ojha, who was also serving in the same College, the amount of Group Insurance would also be paid to the petitioner along with up-to-date interest @ 12.5% for the relevant period, if already not paid, within three weeks from today. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
