Patna High Court CWJC No.6663 of 2016(40) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 bearing no. 038161 dated 26.08.2019, has been sent and the same includes a sum of Rs. 2,48,098/- regarding the petitioner herein on the head of arrears of pension, calculated on the basis of 07th Pay Revision recommendations.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for all practical purposes, the present writ petition has become infructuous, hence the same be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the University for furnishing the calculation chart.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
