The petitioner superannuated in 2017.

Grievance of the petitioner is non payment of earned leave. The petitioner filed representation on 5.1.2018 contained in Annexure-10. The representation has not been decided by the University.

Considering the fact that petitioner has superannuated and his grievance is confined to difference of pay and non payment of earned leave, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to consider the representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.15418 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 contained in Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order on the claim of the petitioner by reason and speaking order at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and also ensure payment of the monetary benefit by deciding Annexure-10 within the same period.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
