2. It has been pointed out during the course of argument that the petitioner had moved an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. and vide order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc No.59252 of 2024 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, it has been directed that no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioner in connection with the present case.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, at any point of time, when the reasonable apprehension of arrest again arises, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh application for grant of anticipatory bail without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal.
