JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 11.09.2018 passed by in this case due to typographical error the description of the court from where the records are to be transferred has been recorded as 'the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur' whereas it should be 'the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabhua'.

From perusal of the records, this Court finds that in the prayer portion of the application the petitioner has mentioned the description of court as 'the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabhua', therefore, it is evident that there is a typographical error in the order dated 11.09.2018. Let the correction be made and in place of 'the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur' it should

Patna High Court MJC No.1794 of 2015(10) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 be read as 'the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabhua' wherever is occurring in the order dated 11.09.2018. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
