The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner assaulted with khanti on the head of the informant causing serious injury for which he has been referred to B.H.U. for treatment, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
