JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. This Court had occasion to decide the issue of appointment of Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC) and the Court held out that deputationists have no right and also considering the change in the policy decision, the writ petition was dismissed by this Court which was approved by the Division Bench in LPA.

In view of the above, the Court does not find any
