The petitioner has been transferred from Government Polytechnic College, Bhagalpur to Government Polytechnic College, Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before respondent no.3, the Joint Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending since 14.06.2019. He submits that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13912 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 pending representation of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3, the Joint Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner (Annexure-7) at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the respondent no.3 will take into consideration the issue raised by the petitioner in the representation while deciding the same.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
