2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 409, 467 and 468/34 registered in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 415 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the use of forged and fabricated documents for making false customers for grant of loan upto the tune of Rs. 1,03,30,000/- to various persons. The petitioner was the then Branch Manager of Sriram Transport Finance Company Limited at Nawada and as a matter of fact, he had informed his superiors and then it was detected such discrepancies in relation to such loans passed on which the first information report was instituted.

Learned APP assisted by learned counsel appearing for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition, submitting that the case involves huge misappropriation of over rupees one crore using forged and fabricated document. Nothing has been brought on record to support the petitioner's submission that he had informed his superiors about the discrepancies prior to institution of the first
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58181 of 2018(5) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 information report. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
