Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 372, 373, 374 of the Indian Penal Code, 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,1956.

Informant has alleged in her written complaint that petitioner is running a Musical Orchestra Group and 5 minor girls have been engaged there by alluring them and it is apprehended that they will be forced in unlawful activities and on such allegations the FIR was registered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that the contents of FIR does not disclose

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 167/2021 with following conditions:-

(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.

(2) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/veenaU T
