2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2014 in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased lady and has been falsely implicated.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
